Filter Cloud from Image Collections in Google Earth Engine in A Simple Way

When using satellite imagery, the majority of people want to conduct an analysis over the land area. Either it can be analysis on vegetation, land cover, urban expansion, and so on. When we are using Landsat satellite imagery, one of the most obvious problems is Cloud. We cannot see the element and object through the clouds. Therefore, the pixel value might not represent the value of the object, instead it represents the value of the cloud. It may lead to an unideal situation for conducting further analysis.
